No! Everyone over the age of 65 is eligible for Medicare, regardless of preexisting conditions. However, some Medicare Supplement plans may make you wait six months to begin coverage if you have a preexisting condition. Additionally, you can be denied Medicare Advantage coverage if you have ESRD (End-Stage Renal Disease).
